This two-day, hands-on course is designed to empower trainers with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively teach any technology to industry professionals. Whether you are teaching Autodesk, ESRI, Microsoft or any other high tech, this course provides you with a comprehensive set of strategies, tools, and resources to ensure your training sessions are engaging, practical, and impactful. In addition, you will learn how to evaluate your effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. By the end of this course, you should be able to: • Assess students before they get into the classroom • Build your scaffold • Write great learning objectives • Define your learning cycles • Master tips and tricks for the Demo and/or Practice datasets • Master helpful presentation tools o Use ZOOMit effectively o Engage students using presentation tools • Deliver training using the skills from this class (each participant presents a lesson they created using skills learned the first day) • Stay up to date with the technology and industry trends • Assess your own performance to determine areas of continuous improvement
